Meals and snacks at the BODY sculpt tone up camp
All meals, snacks and drinks will be provided during your week on the BODY sculpt tone up boot camp. Our outstanding chef has experience of producing menus for clients with restricted diets, and has worked closely with our resident nutritionist to create an inspiring, high quality menu which will keep you sustained during a tough week of exercise. BODY sculpt clients will have a slightly different diet to those on the BODY slim and BODY fit camps as the composition of meals will be carefully designed by our nutritionist to ensure optimum nutrition for the type of exercise that BODY sculpt clients will undertake. Portion sizes may vary depending on personal goals, and this can be discussed with our nutritionist prior to attending the BODY sculpt boot camp.

Hot water and lemon on wake up (brought to your room)
Breakfast
- Porridge with stewed apple, fruity seed mix and cinnamon
- Green tea (will give you a great boost)
Morning snack
- BODY sculpt protein boost smoothie
Lunch
- Fillet of salmon (veggie option: tofu) with a courgette and aubergine Japanese style salad
- Zesty water
Afternoon snack
- Oatcakes and homemade guacamole
Dinner
- Chicken stir fry with rice noodles (veggie option: chick pea & red bean curry served with brown basmati rice)
- Peppermint tea (to aid digestion)
