Detox (optional)
Enhance Body Boot Camp's detox and weight loss retreat has a schedule carefully designed by a weight loss nutritionist to assist weight loss and wellbeing while detoxifying the body and replenishing nutrients. The schedule commences with a three day juice detox, accompanied by light and gentle exercise such as yoga and beach walking, and lots of relaxation and rest. You will enjoy luxurious accommodation, wonderful sea views and fresh sea air - the perfect environment for detoxing the body and calming the mind. Our experienced and well-informed staff will keep you motivated and on track towards your goals. You will receive two treatments of your choice by our onsite therapist, and there will also be some extra planned activities in the Gosford area to keep you smiling and to stop you thinking about food!
Weight loss
Following the juice detox, you will be eased onto a meal plan carefully contructed by our chef and analysed by our nutritionist specifically designed for weight loss. Rest assured all meals and snacks will be freshly prepared by our creative chef who uses the finest ingredients and who can cater for specific dietary requirements as needed.
The activities and exercise sessions in the second part of the week are designed to maximise your weight loss results and will include sessions such as beach circuits and military-style relays. The team at the retreat will support and inspire you, and help you achieve healthy, sustainable weight loss, as well as providing you with a bespoke action plan to take away to help you continue your progress once the retreat has ended.
